Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 48 hours of order delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• To initiate a return, please visit our Return Center or contact us at saranexports36@gmail.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Personal hygiene items (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics)
• Vehicle care items (e.g., shampoo, polish, lubes, grease)
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Return Process:

• Initiate return via our website or email.
• Our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 2–4 business days.
• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet) within 5–7 business days after approval.
• For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different pack size or model, please indicate this when initiating the return. Subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping Costs:

Return pickup is free for the first return per order. Additional returns may incur a ₹50 charge.
